Cowboys Defensive Lineman Marshawn Kneeland Passes Away at Age 24

Cowboys player Marshawn Kneeland has died aged 24.
Kneeland was drafted by the Cowboys in the second round of the draft in 2024 and played 18 times for the team, with four starting appearances.
He scored his first touchdown in Tuesday's defeat to the Arizona Cardinals when he recovered a blocked punt.
"Marshawn was a beloved teammate and part of our family," the Dallas Cowboys stated.
"We send our condolences regarding Marshawn are with his girlfriend Catalina and his loved ones."
Kneeland was selected by Dallas with the 56th overall pick of the 2024 draft after his college career for Western Michigan.
His representative, Jonathan Perzley, said his "heart breaks" for the loss of the athlete who "gave his all" into each opportunity.
"I saw him strive his way from a hopeful kid at Western Michigan with a dream to being a respected professional for the Dallas Cowboys," Perzley said.
The NFL said it is "deeply saddened" by the tragic event.
